Accident causes traffic tie-up on Crowsnest Trail

A collision Friday Nov. 4 caused traffic delays on busy Crowsnest Trail in Lethbridge.

Police said a southbound pickup truck on 43rd St. N. was attempting to turn left onto Highway 3 when it collided with a northbound car. Minor injuries were reported.

As of 7:45 a.m. westbound traffic was still being detoured onto 43rd St. But police expected tow trucks to clear up the intersection fairly quickly.
