Woman accused of animal neglect still missing after skipping her last court date
SASKATOON – The search continues for a woman accused of animal neglect in Alberta who hasn’t been seen since she skipped out on her last court date.
RCMP have said they believe April Irving, 57, is somewhere in Saskatchewan, Alberta or British Columbia.
The Alberta SPCA says on its Facebook page that it’s been two years since they removed 201 dogs from a property outside of Milk River,, and Irving has been “in hiding” since she failed to appear in court on Feb. 23, 2016.
The dogs were emaciated and filthy, and rescuers called it one of the worst cases of neglect they had ever seen.
