RCMP need help identifying suspect in Vauxhall theft
VAUXHALL – The public’s help is need to identify a suspect in theft.
RCMP were notified that around 8:00 on the evening of Monday, January 23rd, a male suspect was at the rear of the Vauxhall Meats building, where two surveillance cameras were stolen.
The suspect then crossed the street and stole another two surveillance cameras at Senneker Construction. The same individual returned to the area at 7:40 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25th and stole five car batteries and three gas tanks from Rowland Seeds.
The thefts resulted in thousands of dollars of loss to the businesses.
The suspect is believed to be between thirty and fifty years old, has a moustache, smokes cigarettes and walks with a slight limp. He was wearing a khaki-coloured work coat with jeans and “Rawlings ” brand running shoes.
