RCMP investigating significant fuel theft in Fort Macleod

FORT MACLEOD – The RCMP in Fort Macleod are asking for your help, as they investigate the theft of diesel fuel and a fuel pump in the community over the weekend.

They report that between 10 p.m. on Friday (May 26) and 6 a.m. on Saturday (May 27), someone stole approximately 1200 to 1600 litres of diesel fuel, the fuel pump and the hose mechanism from a fuel tank belonging to Rulam Contracting.

It was located at the corner of 8 Avenue and 14 Street, just east of the Southern Alberta Livestock Exchange in Fort Macleod.
