Eighth annual Canadian Forces Memorial Film Festival at Fort Macleod’s Empress Theatre

FORT MACLEOD – Beginning Friday, Nov. 10 and running until Sunday, Nov. 12, the Empress Theatre in Fort Macleod will play host to a Canadian Forces Memorial Film Festival.
 
Dr. Stephane Guevremont, a military history instructor from Calgary, will be the festival’s Master of Ceremonies.
 
Start times for the movies including “Dunkirk,” “Dieppe: The Final Attack,” “The Thin Red Line,” “Passchendaele,” and “El Alamein,” will vary depending on the day, and there will be a discussion prior to each film to provide additional context and insight.
