Upgrade will take MyCity website offline for weekend

Apr 13, 2018 | 11:46 AM

LETHBRIDGE – The City of Lethbridge’s MyCity website is getting an upgrade this weekend, but that means some services will be unavailable.

Between 4 p.m. Friday, April 13 and 8 a.m. Monday, April 16, you won’t be able to pay a parking ticket or business licence online, inquire about property information, make inquiries about dog licenses, building permits, business licenses, or property taxes, or apply online for a building permit.

Other services will still be available, and payments can be made using the City Hall deposit box.

The website will have an improved look and usability following the upgrade, the city said.
