Drug crisis, needles at centre of public meeting next month

LETHBRIDGE – Members of the public have a chance to hear from a number of specialists regarding the drug crisis and needle debris in Lethbridge.

The city has organized a special public meeting, featuring a panel of experts in the fields of health, addictions, and harm reduction. The meeting will also provide an opportunity to have questions answered. You’re asked to submit them in advance by July 5.

The meeting is set for Monday, July 9, 6-9 p.m., at Lethbridge College in the Instructional Building Theatre. It will also be streamed online on the city’s website.
