RCMP investigating death in Bassano

BASSANO, AB — RCMP in Brooks and Bassano are investigating after an adult woman was found dead in a Bassano residence early Tuesday evening.

Details are limited at the moment, however a release from the RCMP states an autopsy will take place on Thursday at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Calgary.

Police say they will provide an update when more information becomes available.
