Dylan Cozens chosen to participate in IIHF U18 World Championship training camp

LETHBRIDGE – Nine WHL players have been chosen by Hockey Canada to participate in the upcoming 2019 IIHF U18 World Championship, including Lethbridge Hurricanes forward Dylan Cozens.

The 6’3,185 lb centre from Whitehorse, Yukon, also attended the 2017- U17 Hockey Canada camp and won gold at the 2018 Gretzky Hlinka Cup.

According to the WHL, Cozens also ranks as the top NHL draft eligible prospect, ranked third in North America by NHL Central Scouting.

Over the next week, Hockey Canada and team staff may invite additional players to training camp before a final roster is named, ahead of the tournament.
