Community complaints about suspicious activity leads to drug charges

LETHBRIDGE — Two people are facing drug offences as the result of a search warrant at a south side home.

The search stemmed from numerous public reports over several weeks, about suspicious activity at a home in the 1200 block of 8 A Avenue South.

During a search of the home, police seized small quantities of Oxycodone, Dextroamphetamine and Gabapentin along with methamphetamine and a stolen Rocky Mountain bicycle valued at $3,500.

As officers searched the home, an occupant and two associates returned in a vehicle. Drug paraphernalia was in plain sight inside the vehicle and the subjects were arrested.

A man was found in possession of a small quantity of carfentanil and a stolen credit card and police seized additional methamphetamine from the vehicle.

Thomas William Gregson, age 25, faces four counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of stolen property under $5,000, possession of a stolen credit card and possession of identity information. Gregson will be in court June 6.

Taz Maine Good Dagger, age 19, is charged with possession of a controlled substance and will be in cour July 19.

A third man was released without charges.
