LETHBRIDGE, AB – Triple M Housing, from Lethbridge, recently received the “Modular Innovation Award” at the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) National Awards for Housing Excellence.

The annual CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence received 700 entries from coast to coast, and this year 40 National Awards were presented at the Association’s 76th National Conference in Niagara Falls.

The CHBA represents more than 8,500-member firms across Canada with memberships spanning new home builders, renovators, developers, trade contractors, building material manufacturers, lending institutions, insurance providers, and other professionals in the housing sector.

Nearly 200 judges coast to coast shared the challenge of reviewing each entry over several weeks narrowing down the field. Each judge brings a unique skill set and experience to the selection process, to recognize the best in Canadian new homes, home renovations, community development and marketing across Canada.

The consensus from the judges to the CHBA was that the calibre of entries this year was exceptionally high compared to previous years.
