LETHBRIDGE –– A 55-year-old city man has been charged in connection with five commercial break and enters over the past two weeks.
An investigation into the break and enters between May 16 and June 2, identified a suspect. As a result, on Monday, June 3, members of the Priority Crimes Unit obtained and executed a search warrant at a west side home.
Police seized stolen property and collected evidence linking the accused to five commercial break-ins resulting in losses totaling roughy $20,000 from Highlands Pet Hospital, Mr. Lube South and West, Safeway Liquor and the Great Canadian Oil Changer.
