FORT MACLEOD, AB – Tragedy occurred near Fort MacLeod Tuesday.
RCMP in the area say a three-year-old boy died after an accident on a farm southwest of the town.
According to reports, emergency crews responded to Highway 810 and Township Road 84A shortly after noon. Mounties said the boy fell from a small tractor and was run over by one of its wheels.
A STARS air ambulance was called to the scene, but later asked to stand down. The incident is currently under investigation.
