City of Lethbridge surveying residents on improving online services
LETHBRIDGE, AB – The City of Lethbridge wants to know how their online services should be improved going forward.
Vicky Bennett Intelligent Community Program Manager helped to launch a survey on the Digital Transformation Master Plan.
“This could be online services, transactional-type services with the city, or we could be a little more forward thinking and expand the scope of what’s possible in the future and think about some of the other ways we could use technology to improve city services.”
The short questionnaire starts by asking questions like how long you have been living in Lethbridge and which online services you regularly use, and ends by asking more “wishful thinking” kinds of questions like the one below:
