Lethbridge Police hoping to return stolen property to rightful owners

LETHBRIDGE, AB – On June 13th, 2019, officers were alerted to suspicious activity at a room in the Superlodge hotel and a truck in the parking lot, and upon further investigation, found a “significant quantity of stolen property.”

The items include purses, electronics, clothing, tools, bicycles, and many others.

The suspects believed to be responsible have not been located at this time, but warrants are out for their arrest.

A total of 68 charges have been levied against 36-year-old Janice Colleen Grant and 34-year-old Deon Evans Gros Venture Boy, including multiple counts of possession of stolen property, fraud, and possession of identity documents.

Proof of ownership will be required to claim property.
