UPDATE: Foremost water quality advisory rescinded

FOREMOST, AB – UPDATE (4:35 pm) The water quality advisory has been rescinded.

The Village of Foremost has issued a water quality advisory for the entire community, which is being broadcast through Alberta Emergency Alert.

The situation is said to have been caused by a water line break in the Village, which has caused the tap water to be unsafe to drink or use.

“Drink bottled water only. Boil water, bring water to a rapid rolling boil for 1 minute prior to use,” reads the advisory from Alberta Emergency Alert.
