Justice Terry Clackson has ruled in Court of Queen’s Bench that David and Collet Stephan are not guilty.

They were charged with one count each of failing to provide the necessaries of life after their 19-month-old son Ezekiel died in March of 2012.

LNN reporter Lara Fominoff is in the packed courthouse. She said there were “lots of tears and cheers” when the verdict was made as hundreds are in attendance.
