Taber man arrested on charges of meth, theft, mischief, stolen property

TABER, AB – A man from Taber has been arrested on several charges.

On Friday, November 8th, police were called to solve a few cases of break and enter.

A search warrant was executed on a home in the 5000 block of 50 Street.

At this address, they were able to find several stolen items and a quantity of illicit drugs.

45-year-old Jason Pizzati was arrested and is facing charges of theft, mischief, possession of stolen property, and possession of methamphetamines.

He was released on bail.

Another man was arrested, charged, and released, but Taber Police are not releasing the suspect’s name as the information has not been sworn before the courts.
