Lethbridge Police investigating robbery attempt at north side drug store

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Lethbridge Police are investigating, after a man dressed in a mask attempted to rob the Norbridge Pharmacy in the 700 blk of 23 St. N this morning (Nov.14), and later also entered a west side Pharmacy.

Police say around 10 a.m. the man went into Norbridge Pharmacy and demanded staff hand over narcotics. They refused, and the man then ran away.

Around 2 p.m. a man matching the same description went into the Prescription Centre West Pharmacy on Jerry Potts Blvd, however as the man approached the counter, staff demanded he leave the premises.

No one was injured in either incident.

The suspect is described as Caucasian, between 5’6″ and 5’8″, wearing sunglasses, a camouflage hoodie, and a black mask, pants, and shoes. He also appears to be wearing black gloves.
