RCMP spend Sunday morning investigating fatal collision at Fort Macleod

FORT MACLEOD — A single vehicle crash around 2:40 Sunday (Dec 15) morning on Highway-3 within Fort Macleod, required a traffic detour around the incident for almost eight hours.

RCMP needed the time to investigate the fatal collision which involved a small car. The male driver of he car was the lone occupant of the vehicle.

The wreck was cleared just before 11:00-am.

RCMP continue their investigation and no other details have been released.
