LPS arrest man wanted in sexual assault of a 15-year-old

LETHBRIDGE, AB – UPDATE: LPS has confirmed that Adrian Jermias Peraza has been arrested on a warrant for sexual assault and sexual interference. “Police thank the public for their assistance.”

Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) is asking for the public’s help in finding a man who is charged in connection to a sexual assault.

The charges relate to an incident in November 2019, where a 15-year-old girl was reportedly sexually assaulted during a party at her home.

18-year-old Adrian Jermias Peraza is charged with sexual assault and sexual interference. A photo of the suspect is attached to this story.

“During the investigation, further evidence came to light and police believe there may be additional victims from other occurrences unrelated to the party,” said Sgt. Saska Vanhala in a media release.
