Ag for Life sponsors a young women in agriculture Careers Day

CALGARY — Agriculture for Life (Ag for Life), has an incredible opportunity for young women who may want to learn more about agriculture and food production.

For those unfamiliar with Ag for Life, it’s a provincial chairity that was established in 2011 to build a greater understanding of agriculture and how it impacts all of us.

Ag for Life will host its first ever career event for young women who have an interest in agriculture and food production. Feed Your Future will be a one-day event for young women in grades 9 to 12.

This event is designed to showcase a multitude of opportunities in the agriculture sector and will provide a chance for young women to connect with individuals in the agriculture industry.

Participants will hear from agricultural leaders and distinguished professionals as they explore the topics of physical and mental wellness, brand building and personal development in the realm of education and career choices.
