Hurricanes whip Moose Jaw Warriors 8-2
LETHBRIDGE, AB — The Hurricanes went into Friday (Feb 21) night’s game, after a 6-3 loss to the Spokane Chiefs on Wednesday, looking to get things rolling before the playoffs kick off in a couple weeks.
The first period kicked off with Warriors’ center Calder Anderson scoring just two minutes into the game.
Just two minutes later, the Canes’ Brett Davis popped in a goal to tie the game.
The scoring continued to roll, as five minutes after that, the Warriors responded with Martin Lang netting his 13th goal of the year and the Warriors second on the night.
