Koletrane Wilson signs with AHL’s Stockton Heat

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Koletrane Wilson is taking the next step in his hockey journey.

The defenceman from Edmonton has signed a contract with the American Hockey League’s Stockton Heat for the 2020-2021 season after spending parts of four campaigns with the Lethbridge Hurricanes.

The 20-year-old was originally drafted by the Hurricanes 84th overall in the fourth round of the 2014 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft. Over his time with the Lethbridge club, Wilson notched 63 points (11 goals, 52 assists) over 190 career regular season games.

He also accumulated 233 penalty minutes and a plus-67 rating. Appearing in 26 career post-season games, Wilson amassed three assists with 12 penalty minutes and a plus-1 rating in the playoffs.
