Lethbridge seeing road closures this week

LETHBRIDGE, AB– Be ready to see some major roads in Lethbridge be closed throughout the week of June 1st to 5th.

The partial closures will come into account starting at 8 am and the full details include: ·

Monday, June 1: partial road closure on University Drive West, northbound from Columbia Blvd. to Bridge Drive, for patching work from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

· Tuesday, June 2: partial road closure on University Drive West, southbound from Bridge Drive to Stadium Drive, for patching work from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

· Wednesday, June 3, and Thursday, June 4: partial road closure on Westside Drive West. Overlay patching work will begin at 7 a.m. both days and is expected to be completed by the end of June 4, weather permitting.

· Friday, June 5: full road closure 40 Avenue North between 11 Street North and 13 Street North. Overlay patching work will begin at 7 a.m. and is expected to be completed by the end of June 5th, weather permitting.

City officials advise anyone driving through these areas or around them to proceed with caution.
