Lethbridge Police investigating sudden death near SCS

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Lethbridge Police are investigating a sudden death on Wednesday afternoon.

Officers were called to the parking lot of the Supervised Consumption Site around 12:30 pm to assist EMS with a medical emergency.

Upon arrival, officers were informed that a 33-year-old woman was found deceased.

The Medical Examiner’s Office has been contacted. They will be taking the body to Calgary for an autopsy.
