No new COVID-19 cases in South Zone Tuesday, 35 provincially
LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Government of Alberta has released its report on COVID-19 for Tuesday, June 16.
35 new cases were confirmed across the province, bringing the total to 7,482. Of those, 449 cases are still active while 6,882 people have recovered.
The South Health Zone stayed flat in terms of new cases while active infections fell from 24 to 23.
The government reported no additional deaths. This means, to date, COVID-19 has claimed the lives of 151 Albertans.
