Water Tower Grill closed due to COVID-19 exposure

LETHBRIDGE, AB– An employee at the Water Tower Grill in Lethbridge has come into contact with COVID-19, prompting the business to close until further notice.

The Water Tower Grill reported the exposure happened outside of work and likely occurred after a family barbecue this weekend.

The person in close contact worked Sunday night after service.

On the Water Tower Grill’s Facebook post, they have posted that they will keep the public updated.

“Unfortunately the Water Tower will be closed today and until further notice. We have had an employee come into contact with a confirmed Covid-19 case, the exposure happened outside of work. However, to ensure the safety of our employees and patrons we have closed to conduct a thorough cleaning and have all employees tested.”
