Next phase of University Drive Twinning project to start Monday

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The University Drive Twinning project will move to the next phase on Monday.

To finish the roadway twinning construction on University Drive West, asphalt milling will be taking place on the southbound lanes from McGill Boulevard West to the Sunridge commercial site.

This will result in a series of moving lane reductions.

The work will start Monday, August 31 and go through to September 4, weather permitting, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.

The city is asking all motorists to drive with caution and follow all detour signs.
