LETHBRIDGE, AB – The City of Lethbridge wants to hear from owners of non-residential properties.

The city is looking for feedback to see how COVID-19 has impacted those owners of industrial or commercial properties.

The Assessment Department will study the input from property owners, with the goal of measuring the local market and ensuring that the assessed value of property is both fair and equitable.

“The COVID-19 pandemic has affected property owners in various ways, so we want to hear about your experience,” the city stated in a release.

“Your input will help us understand the impacts COVID-19 has had on local property values.”

Those wishing to provide feedback can contact the Assessment Department through Lethbridge 311 (within city limits) or by calling 403-320-3111 (outside city limits).
