Nov 17, 2020 | 12:00 PM

LETHBRIDGE, AB– The 22 teams in the WHL are launching their T’s For Toys Campaign.

Mascots from across the WHL will raise funds throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest United States to ensure as many children as possible receive toys this Christmas.

This project will give fans an opportunity to purchase limited-edition WHL Club T-Shirts featuring WHL Club mascots with 22 different T-Shirts to collect.

The WHL says T-Shirts will be available for purchase online at a cost of $20 (CAD) and available in adult and youth sizes.

Each club is partnered with a local charity and the Lethbridge Hurricanes will be gifting theirs to Lethbridge
Family Services Angel Tree for Kids Campaign.

$7.00 from each shirt sold will go directly to a local charity in the home community of the mascot on the T-Shirt purchased.

All proceeds will be donated to community charities to purchase toys for local children in need.

The campaign will run through December 11.
