Two charged in drug trafficking investigation in Lethbridge

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Lethbridge Police have arrested two people on charges relating to the illegal drug trade.

On Friday, January 8, officers observed activities consistent with drug trafficking at a hotel on the 200 block of 41 Street South.

Police searched the room and claim to have found 36.4 grams of methamphetamine, 14 grams of fentanyl, 7.4 grams of cocaine, drug trafficking paraphernalia, and a quantity of cash.

The drugs are said to be worth more than $6,300.

Two people were arrested and charged.

Bradley Paskiuski, 35, of Lethbridge, has been charged with three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of the proceeds of crime under $5,000, and failure to comply with conditions of a release order in relation to his arrest on possession for the purpose of trafficking charges in December.

He remains in custody while awaiting a court appearance.

Taylor Sander, 26, of Milk River, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and breach of a conditional sentence order.

She was released from custody to appear in court on Jan. 29, 2021.
