More than $14,000 in stolen property, drugs seized during south Lethbridge bust

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Four people were arrested following a bust at a residence located near a school in south Lethbridge.

Lethbridge Police executed a search warrant at the home in the 1300 block of Henderson Lake Boulevard South on Thursday, January 28. LPS noted that the residence is located near a school and playground.

They had received complaints about activity “consistent with drug trafficking”.

Patrol units, with the help of the Crime Suppression Team and Downtown Policing Unit, executed the warrant and seized a small amount of fentanyl and some Global Position System (GPS) equipment previously reported stolen.

Police reported that more than $14,000 in stolen property was recovered.

49-year-old Stacey Lyons, of Lethbridge, has been charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000. He was released from custody and is scheduled to be in court on April 6.

49-year-old Steve Isele, also of Lethbridge, is charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was released with a court date of April 29.

Police also executed multiple outstanding warrants for 49-year-old Betty Hancock, of Raymond, and 45-year-old Julie Vuch from Lethbridge.
