Hurricanes sign prospect Reid Mackay

LETHBRIDGE, AB– With a shortened season coming for the WHL, the Lethbridge Hurricanes have added 2004-born forward Reid Mackay.

He was originally drafted by the Hurricanes in the third round (65th overall) in the 2019 WHL Bantam Draft and will now have his stint with the team.

The Irma, Alberta, boy played four games with the Lloydminster Bobcats U18 AAA where he tallied six points (4g-2a).

He also appeared in 32 games in 2019-2020 with the Northern Alberta Elite 15s collecting 32 points (13g-19a).
