Crowsnest Pass RCMP charge two people following search in Coleman

COLEMAN, AB – Two people have been charged following a search warrant execution by Crowsnest Pass RCMP.

Mounties executed the warrant at a residence in Coleman on February 27. The search resulted in the recovery of stolen property. Numerous weapons were seized, and police recovered a prohibited homemade taser.

As well, a sharpened sword and several baseball bats that had metal fastened to the barrels were seized.

The RCMP say several arrest warrants were executed at the Coleman residence.

26-year-old Dallas Adam Caron, of Pincher Creek, is charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.

Following a Judicial Hearing, Caron was remanded into custody and will be appearing in Pincher Creek Provincial Court Tuesday, March 2.

45-year-old Angel May Hutton, of Coleman, faces the following charges:

  • Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
  • Four counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
  • Possession of a controlled substance

A Judicial Hearing was held, and Hutton was released on a $2,500 Promise to Pay Release Order.

She’s scheduled to appear in court on March 16, in Pincher Creek.
