About 8,100 tests were completed in the last 24 hours, with a positivity rate of approximately four per cent.

On the vaccine front, the province has administered 290,391 doses, meaning there are now 90,937 Albertans who are fully immunized with two doses.

“Vaccines save lives and I encourage everyone to get immunized when it’s your turn,” stated Hinshaw.

She said the provincial COVID-19 data would be fully updated on Monday, March 8.
