Holy Spirit confirms three COVID cases at Father Leonard Van Tighem School

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Three cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed at a west Lethbridge school.

The Holy Spirit Catholic School Division has reported the three infections at Father Leonard Van Tighem School.

The division said all close contacts have been notified and are required to quarantine. It could not be said if the infected individuals are staff members and/or students.

As of Thursday, March 25, there are 13 active cases within the division, including the three at Father Leonard Van Tighem School.

There are four infections at Catholic Central High School in Lethbridge, three at St. Catherine School in Picture Butte, one at St. Francis Junior High School in Lethbridge and two at St. Paul School in Lethbridge.

These cases have resulted in the isolation of roughly 365 staff and students.
