Southern Alberta Home & Garden Show going virtual this year

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The popular Southern Alberta Home & Garden Show is moving to an online format this year.

On Tuesday, Lethbridge & District Exhibition announced the upcoming launch of the Southern Alberta Home & Garden directory alongside its partner BILD Lethbridge.

“The Home & Garden Show is the unofficial start to the backyard season for so many in southern Alberta,” stated Mike Warkentin, COO of Lethbridge & District Exhibition.

“In light of the current restrictions, we are ensuring that the businesses that participate in the Home & Garden Show still have a place to feature their products and services to the community for the full 12 months of the year.”

The online platform opens on Wednesday, April 7, coinciding with the previously scheduled opening of the in-person Southern Alberta Home & Garden Show 2021.

That event will not be taking place this year because of indoor gathering restrictions in Alberta.

The directory will allow businesses to display their products and services to attendees, despite the in-person event not taking place.

Moving forward, hglethbridge.ca will host the annual directory and event show guide, using targeted social media posts to promote the industry in the southern Alberta region.
