Police seize fentanyl and meth from man reportedly “dealing in the downtown”

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Police in Lethbridge had a busy weekend.

The LPS Crime Suppression Team (CST) arrested a man Saturday night who was allegedly “dealing in the downtown.” Police seized fentanyl and methamphetamine.

The CST says the man also had a knife against court conditions and had multiple arrest warrants.

In another incident, D Team members responded to what the CST called a “volatile” domestic incident Friday night, May 7.

B Team members conducted follow-up work on Saturday and located and arrested a man.

The man, who has not been identified, has been charged with failing to comply with a release order (two counts), two counts of assault with a weapon, and dangerous driving.
