Speedy striker commits to Kodiaks women’s soccer team
LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge College Kodiaks have added a speedster to the women’s soccer team roster.
Megan Morrison is the latest recruit committed to joining the team next fall. She’ll join the Kodiaks from Monsignor McCoy High School in Medicine Hat. The striker has recently played with the Lethbridge Football Club.
Kodiaks head coach Sean Carey said, “she’s just speed on wheels.”
“Megan has the skills and she can finish. She’s small and very quick. She’s not scared to go at players and in our league, speed kills. If you have somebody with her pace coming at you, it’s scary for the defence.”
