FOREMOST, AB – It took the combined efforts of a few law enforcement jurisdictions to apprehend three people who allegedly committed multiple cases of fraud.

The incidents of fraud and theft reportedly happened between April 19 and June 18 throughout Southern Alberta and Southern Saskatchewan.

On June 23, members of the RCMP Southern Alberta Crime Reduction Unit and Lethbridge Police Service conducted surveillance on several people believed to be involved.

Later that day, a traffic stop was conducted on Highway 3 near Grassy Lake where one person was arrested for possession of stolen property. Two others fled in a pickup truck pulling an enclosed trailer.

RCMP says the pair detached the trailer on Highway 877 in the middle of the road. After being spotted in Foremost, the suspects fled into a nearby coulee and were apprehended shortly afterwards.

Officers recovered the truck and a stolen license plate while seizing prescription medicines, gamma-hydroxybutirate (GHB), methamphetamine, and Psilocybin (mushrooms).

Mark Paul Boivin, 38, of no fixed address, Nathan Thomas Roscovich, 33, of no fixed address, and Denise Rae Larouche, 41, of Beaver County are charged with:
