UPDATE: LPS investigating serious vehicle-pedestrian collision

LETHBRIDGE, AB – UPDATE: LPS has confirmed that the pedestrian died as a result of their injuries. More details here.

The Lethbridge Police Service is investigating a collision involving a pedestrian.

They responded to the area of 13 Street North and 5A Ave North at approximately 8:45 am on Saturday, August 28.

The pedestrian suffered serious, life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to Calgary for treatment.
