Parts of Alberta and BC experiencing cell and telephone service outage

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Some users of cell phones and telephones in Alberta and British Columbia are experiencing service outages.
Alberta Emergency Alert says there is an incident that has affected telephone and cell phone communications for all of Alberta, including wireless voice and data services.
This outage is impacting Alberta and British Columbia.
Luckily, “at this time, 911 calling is not affected,” Alberta Emergency Alert says.
