Coaldale Chamber hosts federal election forum Monday night

COALDALE, AB – Local candidates in the federal election will speak at a forum in Coaldale Monday evening.

The September 13 event is being hosted by the Chamber of Commerce, and will include a slate of pre-selected questions. The public can submit their questions prior to the 7:00 p.m. event via email at info@coaldalechamber.com.

René van de Vendel, president of the Coaldale Chamber said, “we as a Chamber believe this forum fits our mandate of providing a great opportunity to all Coaldale and area residents to ask questions and get informed.”

The forum will take place at the Coaldale Community Centre and will be streamed on Facebook Live. Anyone attending in person will be required to wear a mask due to current provincial health measures.

General voting day in the federal election is next Monday, September 20.
