Raymond man pleads guilty to three child sex-related charges

RAYMOND, AB – Dates for sentencing are expected to be set shortly after a Southern Alberta man plead guilty to a trio of charges.
A publication ban prevents us from naming the 55-year-old from Raymond.
In Lethbridge Provincial Court on Thursday, he plead guilty to one count each of sexual contact with a child, making child pornography, and distributing sexually explicit materials for a person believed to be under the age of 16.
Following a brief investigation by Raymond RCMP this spring, he was arrested on May 11, 2021.
