LETHBRIDGE, AB – The 2021 Christmas Check Stop campaign continues.

This past weekend, officers conducted a series of check stops at various locations with approximately 350 total vehicles being pulled over.

The following penalties were issued by police:

  • Two IRS warns for a blood/alcohol content of .05 or greater
  • One IRS for zero tolerance with a Graduated Driver License.
  • 30 violation tickets under the Traffic Safety Act and Gaming, Liquor, and Cannabis Act
