Lethbridge rentals up year over year in November
LETHBRIDGE, AB – Rental prices in Lethbridge are up year over year.
That’s according to the latest National Rent Report from Bullpen Research & Consulting and Rentals.ca. The average monthly rent for all Canadian properties listed on Rentals.ca in November was $1,817. That’s up 3.6 per cent year over year and up monthly by one per cent.
In Alberta, Lethbridge finished 30th for average monthly rent in November for a one-bedroom home at $1,003 and for average monthly rent for a two-bedroom at $1,180. Year over year, average monthly rent in November in Lethbridge was up 5.3 per cent for a one-bedroom and up 6.1 per cent for a two-bedroom rental.
Calgary was the most expensive city in the province on the list, placing 25th out of the 35 cities listed.
