LETHBRIDGE, AB – A special event is being held in Lethbridge tonight.

Six big trucks from Alberta Large Cars, decorated for Christmas, will drive down Mayor Magrath Drive in Lethbridge to help celebrate the $8,000 they donated to the Angel Tree Campaign.

The annual initiative has community members and companies donate toys, clothes and other gifts to families in need. At the campaign’s launch, Lethbridge Family Services (LFS) estimated that 2,900 children aged 0-18 will benefit from this year’s initiative.
