VIDEO: LPS investigating break-in at King of Trade

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Lethbridge Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a break-in and theft at a downtown business.

At approximately 6:15 am on Friday, January 21, police were informed of a break-in at King of Trade on the 300 block of 5 Street South.

Upon arrival, they noted a window in the business had been broken and an undisclosed amount of merchandise had been stolen.

LPS released security footage that reportedly shows the suspect, which you can watch below.

King of Trade posted about the incident on social media, saying it’s “beyond frustrating” that something like this has happened to their store for the second time in less than a month.

The investigation is ongoing and no further details are being released by LPS at this time.
