Alberta RCMP issue travel advisory for Coutts border crossing

RCMP are advising drivers to avoid travel along Hwy. 4 south of Lethbridge, heading towards the Coutts border crossing.

Police say there is heavy congestion and slow-moving traffic that is expected to continue for an “unknown period of time”.

A freedom convoy has been planned in support of the country- wide truckers convoy which has arrived in Ottawa

Another travel advisory has also been issued for Hwy. 2 South of Cardston.
